How does shipping work?

We are proud to offer Free U.S. Shipping on all orders.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

*Orders will take between 2-4 weeks to arrive after being shipped (when you receive your shipping confirmation email).

If your order has not arrived in 4 weeks after being shipped, please email us at info@treasurefaith.com with your order #, so we can further assist you. 

We do not ship orders on weekends.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours has passed, as we'll have most likely shipped it out of our warehouse already.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your parcel has already been shipped out to the wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your parcel to you again.

How can I return products?

To return your product, please email us info@treasurefaith.com for further instructions.

My discount code didn't work.

If your discount code didn't process, please email us at info@treasurefaith.com and we can retroactively provide you with the discount you were trying to process.
