We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Treasure Faith. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will make it right.

OUR GUARANTEE

We know it can be difficult to experience a product without seeing it in person or trying it on. If you're uncomfortable for any reason with your purchase from Treasure Faith, we offer totally free of charge returns for 30 days from your delivery date. Just let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange by heading over to our Contact Us page.

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
